How Can severe Abdominal Pain Along With Back Pain Be Treated?

I have a lot of back and abdominal pain after a bowel movement . Also 80 percent of the time I have a bowel movement I have a lot of blood in the toilet most of the time bright red but at least three times a week I have blood in my stools. What could be the cause?

Noted the history and understood your concerns.
A combination of symptoms of pain in abdomen and backache after passing stool and blood in stool most of the times can be due to colitis or polyposis or cancer.
This can be diagnosed only by proper clinical examination, per-rectal digital examination, Colonoscopy with ano-proctoscopy; tests of stool, blood and urine.
CT scan of the the abdomen becomes obligatory.
All these things will lead to the proper diagnosis and gets a proper management. Since you are bleeding and have such problems, please see that your hemoglobin and other parameters in the blood are well maintained.
